1. Cancellation and Refunds

• Refund Period: New users have the right to request a full refund within 14 days of subscribing to the program, without providing any justification.
• After 14 days: Payments made after the 14-day period have expired are non-refundable.

2. Automatic Cancellation

• Cancellation before renewal: The user may cancel the subscription at any time prior to the automatic renewal date by sending an official email to info@lexpro.qa.
• Cancellation after renewal: If the subscription is automatically renewed, the user is not entitled to a refund, but may cancel the subscription to prevent renewal in the next cycle.

3. Exceptions

• Program Suspension due to Force Majeure: Subscription fees are non-refundable when the program is suspended due to force majeure, natural or man-made disasters, or disturbances, including, but not limited to, a complete or partial power outage in the city or country, a complete or partial interruption of internet services, or any other reason that results in the interruption of services necessary to access and use the program.
• Promotional Offers: Subscriptions purchased under promotional offers or special discounts are non-refundable.
